Recruitment and Placement
Key employee selection and recruiting process to identify candidates based
on the company's specific needs to fill positions at both managerial level
and ordinary employee level. Following an initial consultation with the company, SR HKS can be engaged to provide its services on an either
an external or internal basis, namely:
- External employee recruitment services, whereby SR HKS
will identify qualified candidates based on criteria defined
by the company and submit pre-selected candidates
to the company which fit the position.
- Internal employee recruitment services, whereby SR HKS
will work “in house” with the company to consult with management
in defining positions to be filled, arrange job posting through
agreed channels, collect and screen applicants' Curriculum Vitae,
arrange a first screening interview and then a second interview
with the company's management.
Thereafter, support the company
in the final hiring process.
